How does
peaceful thoughts
Help we support people in many different ways, including organising events, hosting workshops, engaging with local communities, and running vocational courses. Although we are not based in a single borough, our work extends across communities around the world because mental health is not limited to one place. Thanks to the generosity and support of the public, we are able to provide free therapy and counselling to those who need it. We also focus on building strong relationships with the communities we serve, helping individuals feel supported and promoting a greater sense of peace of mind. If you need support in any way, Peaceful Thoughts is here for you.
Workshops
What workshops do yu provide?
Our workshops are designed to help individuals and businesses develop practical skills and industry knowledge. We deliver sessions on business development, marketing, e-commerce, digital sales, and sales techniques. In addition, we host CV guidance workshops, networking events, group talks, and a variety of other professional development opportunities.
events
We host a variety of events designed to support and empower young people and entrepreneurs. These include sports, pop up shops that provide opportunities for youth to promote their businesses and showcase their products. We also organise networking events that bring together aspiring entrepreneurs, professionals, and community members to build valuable connections. In addition, we host business focused events where established business owners share their experiences and insights on how they started and grew their ventures. Alongside this, we run social media events aimed at helping individuals learn how to effectively use digital platforms to promote their brands and businesses.
courses
We offer educational courses designed to support young people who may have struggled in traditional school settings, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and guidance needed to pursue the career paths and opportunities that interest them.
What Else?
We also support young people from single parent households who may be at increased risk of mental health challenges. These challenges can include depression, anxiety, and behavioural disorders, which, if left unaddressed, may contribute to harmful coping mechanisms such as substance misuse. Our approach focuses on providing early support, guidance, and positive alternatives that help young people build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies. Through mentoring, emotional support, and access to appropriate resources, we aim to create a safe and supportive environment where young people can openly discuss their experiences and receive the help they need. By promoting mental wellbeing, encouraging positive decision-making, and connecting individuals with professional services where appropriate, we work to reduce the risk of drug and alcohol misuse while empowering young people to develop confidence, stability, and a more positive outlook for their future.
